- Greet and assist high-end customers with personalized service and in-depth product knowledge.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, collections, brand heritage, and luxury market trends.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients through excellent service and follow-up.
- Ensure store visual merchandising, cleanliness, and display standards align with luxury brand guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash/credit securely.
- Support stock management, including stock counts and inventory reporting.
- Attend training sessions and actively participate in product launches, promotions, and brand events.
