Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Head to lead our national B2B sales function. This role will be based at our Head Office in Mumbai and will oversee regional sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and scaling our corporate and institutional sales channel, increasing bulk orders, and forging long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive corporate and institutional revenue across India.
  • Lead and mentor a regional sales team spread across key metros.
  • Identify and pitch to potential corporate clients, aggregators, and institutions for long-term collaborations and recurring bulk orders.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales contracts while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Project sales and determine profitability for various B2B opportunities including corporate gifting, events, employee meal programs, large campus tie ups etc.
  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand category trends and identify new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
  • Monitor performance KPIs, track sales metrics, and present regular reports to senior management.

Provide exceptional service to high-value accounts and continuously work on client retention and satisfaction.


Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • MBA or Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 12-18 years of experience in B2B/Institutional sales, preferably in the QSR, FMCG, or hospitality sectors.
  • Should have good connects in market corporates, institutes, event organizers etc.

Proven track record of managing regional teams and meeting aggressive sales targets.
