About the Role
Lendenclub’s customer support team is looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive for our Mumbai office. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper service delivery to the client and timely resolution of queries/concerns raised and constantly looking for ways to improve the overall customer experience with us. You will directly be reporting to the Manager - Customer Support. You will have direct exposure to multiple opportunities which leads to personal growth and development.
Responsibilities & Duties Instructions
- Proactively interact with customers over calls on a daily basis to understand and solve their problems
- Respond to customer reviews across various platforms (Facebook, Play Store, App Store).
- Update and maintain support related documents & guides
- Identify & assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Interact with clients over chat support
- Research and prepare benchmark reports against competitors
- Work with products & marketing team to improve customer experience
Requirements & Skills
- You are proficient in written & verbal communication in English & Hindi
- You are good at documentation & reports
