Job Description:
1.Ensure & maintaining smooth functioning of Attendance & Leave management
system through Biometrics/manually and submit for salary process.
2.Identifying the Vacant post in the Organization & understanding the manpower
requisition.
3.Defining the Job Description, KRA for the Vacant Post & Conduct recruitment
activity by using variety of recruitment tools. ( Naukri, LinkedIn ,Indeed, Social
Media).
4.Screening of candidates & Conducting Interviews of shortlisted candidates.
5.Joining formalities, issue Uniform, ID card and arrangement of Induction
Training.
6.Issuing Offer Letter & Appointment Letter for Selected candidate.
7.Conducting the Annual Performance Appraisal System by reviewing the Goals
& KRA as defined.
8.Preparing and submitting the forms for evaluation of performance to each
respective authority
9.Arranging for Employee Welfare Programs like Anniversary & Birthday Gift
Distribution, Reward & Recognition etc. Also organize various cultural functions
& meetings within the company premises.

11.Monitoring stationary that will be used in the Company.
12.To prepare the gate-pass document as per customer requirement & maintain
the wage Register for compliance process.
13.Renewals of Policies related to Employees.
14.Preparation of JD for new employees.
15.Ticket Booking for employees.
