As a Voice Process (B.com) Fresher, you will be responsible for carrying out various voice-based tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.com) or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi and any regional Language.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as required
• Make outbound calls to follow-up with clients or customers as necessary
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and targets
• Stay updated on product and service knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
