We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager Electronics to join our team. As a Manager Electronics, you will be responsible for overseeing all electronics-related operations and ensuring smooth functioning of electronic systems and equipment. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with an executive level role requiring more than 10 years of experience.

MANUFACTURING UNITS AND MAINTENANCE SHEDS OF INDIAN RAILWAY (MINISTRY OF INDIAN RAILWAY)

Products to be independently handled include Analogue electronics, Switching power

supplies, RF communication, Embedded system

a)Working knowledge of requirements to meet various national & international standards

(IS/IEC/EN) such IEC 60571, EN 50155, IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-3, IEC 61000-4-4, IEC &

61000-4-5.

b)Successful candidate will be responsible for design of Analogue Control electronics, Power

electronics, Thermal management & Housing.

c)Experience in design of UHF and VHF communication systems.

d)In depth knowledge of programming 8 bit, 16 bit, 32 bit and ARM micro controller in C &

Embedded C. Should have designed systems based on these.

e)Experience on LINUX OS, Embedded OS or RTOS will be preferred.

f)Experience on Code composure studio, E2E studio, Code warrior IDE, IAR’s IDE and Keil IDE.

g)Knowledge of designing of protection of converter from line disturbance and surges.

h)Candidates in experience in designing systems & sub-systems for military application will be

preferred.

i)Capable of generating commensurate documentation such as Production package, Test

procedure and manufacturing process using good industry practices.

j)Capable of designing internal test plans for various sub-assemblies.

k)Shall have hand on experience in third party certification of the produces such as ETDC, CPRI,

TUV etc.

l)Should be capable of carrying Supplier Audit and guide them to ensure quality product

manufacture.

m)Capable of identifying suppliers for electronic components.

n)Capable of supporting QA team in handling production and customer quality complains.

Capable of investigating and identifying cause of failure and implementing corrective action

plan.

o)Ability for formulate Check list and Work Procedure for Inspection of various products and

sub-assemblies.

p)Design of jigs and fixtures for products and sub-assemblies of various products for fast

turnaround an ease of production.

q)Age Group: 32 ~ 40 Years. Age bar will not be a limiting factor.

Qualification:

∙B.Tech/ Degree in Electronic & Communication Engineering

∙Very Good vocabulary in English (Other regional languages are a plus point)

∙Microsoft Excel (Very Good hold on excel usage).

∙Experience of 9-10 years.

∙5 years as lead engineer experience is a huge plus point
