JOB DESCRIPTION

· Computer Knowledge : Word, Excel, PPT, Autocadd

· Atleast 20 years of procurement experience in construction and ideally interiors

· Should have capacity of vendor sourcing across civil and interior trades

· Should have civil knowledge

· Must have good negotiation skill

· Candidate attitude should be Goal Driven approach

· Candidate should have experience in doing number of daily order, new vendors onboarding and daily bill processing etc. 

· Must have Two wheeler or 4 wheeler

· Knowledge of Tamil, English and Hindi fluency

· Should ensure team member and vendor happiness and discipline
