Job Duties – Purchase Executive 

• Research potential vendors.

• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.

• Upload Purchase order on CRM.

• Negotiate contact terms of agreement and pricing and track orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Review quality of purchased products and enter order details (e.g. vendors , quantities, prices )

• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

• Prepare reports on purchases , including cost analyses.

• Purchase negotiation and monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

• To handle and operate Tally ERP.

Purchase Executive Requirements: 

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

• 2 or more years’ experience in Purchase.

• Experience as Purchase Executive.

• Good team development and leadership skills.

• Computer literacy.

• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, purchase and customer service skills.

• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
