Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join at Shaya Brand of Caratlane , Somajiguda, Hyderabad. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring optimal customer service. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Age : 18yrs to 35yrs
• Qualification : Graduate
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• 1-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns
• Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
• Ensure that the store meets sales targets and profitability goals
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales
