Events handling on various location, new project planning, strategies implementation and control, Handling recovery of balance payment management, pre launch project strategies (marketing and advertising), post sales management (crm, broker billing etc.).
Issue of Demand Letters, Possession Letter parking allotment letter etc. and Manage Recovery. Assist Customers with Home Loan Sanctioning Process, Timely Payment of Installments. Advise Clients on property transaction. Interacting with the client and channel partners on a regular basis & providing redress to all these queries, complaint & handling all client relation. Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction, identifying prospective clients, generating business from existing clients references. To identify potential clients who are keen on expanding/ purchasing new property. Assisting clients with evaluation of offers, negotiating terms and deal closure. Developing and maintaining relationships between clients and developers. Site visits with clients. Completion and submission of necessary forms. Convert Lead/Prospect into a Customer. Assisting and motivating the junior executives in converting the leads into sales. Train the new resources about the upcoming Projects and give them marketing tips.
