  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor responses appropriately.
  • Ability to handle objections and queries effectively to convert prospects into customers.
  • Proactive and willing to learn, adapting to the dynamic environment of automobile sales.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate telephonic conversations with potential customers to introduce the company's products and services.
  • Understand customer requirements and promote suitable products or solutions available at Group Landmark.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, following communication scripts where applicable.
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain consistent communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Use CRM software to manage leads and follow up on potential opportunities systematically.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize on increasing sales through effective telephonic interactions.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and actively contribute to team discussions and meetings.
  • Record all call information accurately according to standard operating procedures for future reference and follow-up.
