Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital trends, social media tools, and brand communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

• Manage daily posting, content planning, and engagement across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• 
  
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
• 
  
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• 
  
• Plan and manage social media campaigns, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups.
• 
  
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
• 
  
• Suggest creative ideas and innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 
  
• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management.
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and analytics tools.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• 
  
• Ability to create, plan, and execute content calendars effectively.
• 
  
• Knowledge of paid promotions, influencer marketing, and social media trends.

Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic video editing software is a plus.
