Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Accounts Executive to handle accounting and financial operations for our automobile workshop. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP (FICO module) and a strong understanding of workshop accounting processes, billing, and inventory reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accurate posting in SAP.
• Handle customer billing, job card accounting, warranty claims, and insurance settlements.
• Prepare and reconcile general ledger, vendor, and customer accounts.
• Monitor spare parts, workshop consumables, and service inventory accounting.
• Process vendor payments, purchase entries, and expense bookings in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with Service and Parts Departments for financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Assist in month-end closing, profit analysis, and MIS reporting.
• Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting; automobile dealership or workshop experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (FICO / Dealer Management System).
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
