Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our premium car showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and maintain the brand’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs focused on premium automobile sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular sales coaching sessions to enhance communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Stay updated on the latest automobile features, technologies, and industry trends to integrate into training.
  • Develop training modules on customer experience, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Monitor sales team performance and provide feedback, guidance, and action plans for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
  • Ensure all training aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a premium customer service standard.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new sales executives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and conversion ratios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales training within the automobile (luxury/premium) sector or high-end retail.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance through training and coaching.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and instill confidence in sales teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and training presentation tools.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.
