Job Overview
The Sales Manager position at Group Landmark is a full-time, mid-level opportunity based in Ahmedabad. We seek a driven professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience to lead, manage, and expand sales operations within the premium and luxury automobile sector, driving strategic growth in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in the automotive sector with in-depth understanding of industry trends and customer expectations (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for sustainable business growth and market penetration.
- Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track sales performance and improve client interactions.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques to build a strong pipeline and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Strong team leadership abilities with experience in motivating, managing, and training sales teams to achieve targets.
- In-depth knowledge of electric vehicles, their features, market trends, and customer segments in the automotive industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize sales processes, identify opportunities, and overcome market challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build lasting customer and stakeholder relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives and focused growth in the premium automobile market.
- Monitor sales targets, manage the performance of the team, and deliver regular performance reports to management.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets through effective training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Engage proactively in lead generation, identifying new customers and opportunities in emerging markets including electric vehicles.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage client accounts, monitor customer interactions, and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer retention and generate repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations in the automotive sector to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales campaigns and customer service excellence.
