Job Purpose:

The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales of premium motorcycles by delivering a personalized and engaging buying experience. The role involves understanding customer lifestyle aspirations, showcasing the brand’s value, and ensuring smooth documentation and delivery while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement & Sales
  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend the right motorcycle model and variants.
  • Conduct test rides, product demonstrations, and explain features, finance & insurance options.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets of bikes, accessories, and riding gear.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Handle high-net-worth individuals and enthusiasts with premium customer service.
  • Delivery & Documentation
  • Ensure smooth execution of booking, finance, insurance, and RTO processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and memorable handover experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell accessories, extended warranty, and service packages.
  • Market Development
  • Identify and generate new leads through events, biking communities, and networking.
  • Represent the brand at bike rallies, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Passion for motorcycles and strong product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Sales-oriented with negotiation ability.
  • Customer-centric approach with ability to handle premium clients.
  • Networking skills within biking communities (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in premium bikes / luxury automobiles / lifestyle retail.
  • Freshers with passion for biking and strong communication skills may be considered.
  • Valid 2W driving license is mandatory.
