Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Sanand (Ahmedabad)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and recruitment consultancies for manpower requirements
• Share ongoing openings and urgent requirements with consultants
• Take regular updates on profiles shared and ensure timely follow-ups
• Screen and shortlist CVs as per the requirement
• Maintain trackers and ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment coordination
• Support the HR team in overall hiring and related activities

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• 1–4 years of recruitment/HR coordination experience
• Excellent communication & follow-up skills
• Strong coordination abilities and proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
