Job Purpose:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote automobile sales, aftersales services, and brand visibility. The role involves digital & offline marketing campaigns, lead generation, event management, and coordination with sales teams to drive showroom footfall and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaigns & Branding
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns (print, digital, outdoor, and BTL activities).
  • Coordinate with agencies/vendors for creative designs, social media content, and ad placements.
  • Ensure all marketing material aligns with OEM (Manufacturer) branding guidelines.
  • Lead Generation & Customer Outreach
  • Generate leads through digital campaigns, telecalling, and local promotions.
  • Manage enquiry databases and ensure timely sharing of leads with sales teams.
  • Support sales team in corporate tie-ups and promotional activities.
  • Event & Activation Management
  • Organize test drive campaigns, roadshows, mall displays, and customer engagement events.
  • Coordinate with OEMs for product launches and special campaigns.
  • Track ROI of marketing activities and suggest improvements.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Manage dealership’s social media presence and customer engagement.
  • Create content calendars, run paid ads, and monitor performance analytics.
  • Ensure regular posting of offers, events, and customer stories.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Track competitor marketing activities and local market trends.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights for business decisions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing & social media tools.
  • Creative mindset with ability to plan events & promotions.
  • Basic design and content writing skills (preferred).
  • Good coordination & multitasking ability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in automobile / retail / hospitality industry).
  • Freshers with strong digital marketing knowledge may also be considered.
