About the Role:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical MIS Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support smooth business operations and decision-making. This role requires excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, web-based software tools, and strong data analysis skills.

As an MIS Operator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our reporting systems. You will work closely with the management and operations team to generate insights, prepare reports, and track performance. The position demands precision, speed, and a problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure accuracy of data across multiple sources and systems.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to management.
• Work on Excel-based dashboards, formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
• Use web-based software tools to collect, update, and maintain records.
• Support different departments by providing timely reports and information.
• Coordinate with management to highlight areas of improvement through data analysis.
• Handle confidential data with professionalism and integrity.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Very good with calculations and numerical accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Macros, Advanced Formulas).
• Knowledge of web software tools and data entry systems.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and create meaningful reports.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
