🔹 Position Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that communicate messages effectively. You will work closely with the marketing and branding teams to produce materials for digital platforms, print, and social media. From crafting logos and marketing collaterals to designing engaging visuals for campaigns, your creativity will play a key role in bringing the brand’s vision to life.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for marketing materials, social media posts, and branding campaigns.
• Work on both print and digital designs, ensuring brand consistency across all mediums.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to visualize ideas that align with the company’s goals.
• Create and edit designs using CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop — proficiency in these tools is compulsory.
• Ensure all designs are delivered with high quality and within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Technical Skills: Strong command over CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).
• A good understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle feedback positively and make necessary revisions.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work will be an added advantage.
