JOB Description-


A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) manages customer relationships and inquiries. Their responsibilities vary depending on the industry and company, but may include: 

  • Customer service: Handling customer complaints, inquiries, and concerns 
  • Sales: Generating leads, converting calls into business, and informing potential clients about products and services 
  • Data management: Recording customer interactions and transactions and using databases to find potential leads 
  • Appointment management: Scheduling appointments and managing procedures 
  • Feedback: Collect customer feedback and conduct lost case analysis 
  • Support: Providing support to sales teams and other departments 
  • Communication: Communicating with customers via phone, email, and social media 
  • Quality assurance: Ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt service 

CREs may also work to build relationships with clients and colleagues and to meet personal and departmental targets.
