• Greet and assist walk-in customers politely
• Understand customer requirements and explain vehicle features
• Coordinate with sales team for test drives and delivery process
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
• Maintain customer records and feedback
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Build long-term relationships with customers

• Any Graduate / 12th Pass
• Fresher & Experienced both can apply
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly nature
• Basic computer knowledge
