Customer Care Executive – Automobile Showroom (Ahmedabad, Bopal)


We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for our automobile showroom located in Ahmedabad (Bopal).


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Book test drives and service appointments as requested by customers.
  • Maintain proper follow-ups with all customers regarding their inquiries and appointments.
  • Update daily call records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.


Requirements


  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customers effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of automobiles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Experience in customer service or automobile industry will be preferred.
