Job Title: Company Secretary  

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat  

Salary: Up to ₹8.40 LPA  

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years  

Eligibility: Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad  


Job Description  


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Company Secretary to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our organization complies with statutory regulations and maintains high standards of corporate governance.  



Key Responsibilities:  

1. Compliance and Governance:  

  - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.  

  - Maintain statutory registers and records.  

  - File necessary forms, returns, and resolutions with regulatory authorities.  


2. Board Meetings & Documentation:  

  - Organize and coordinate board meetings, annual general meetings, and other key meetings.  

  - Prepare agendas, notices, and minutes of the meetings.  

  - Liaise with board members and stakeholders regarding regulatory and compliance matters.  


3. Advisory Role:  

  - Provide guidance to the board of directors on their duties, responsibilities, and corporate laws.  

  - Advise on legal and regulatory matters affecting the organization.  


4. Record Keeping:  

  - Maintain and update company records, including statutory books and financial disclosures.  


5. Liaison:  

  - Act as a point of contact between the company and regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and auditors.  


Qualifications and Requirements:  

- Educational Qualification: Company Secretary qualification from ICSI.  

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.  

- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.  

- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.  

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with compliance software.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.  

- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
