Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our commercial vehicle showroom sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving customer satisfaction, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Target Achievement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Drive both retail and corporate sales of commercial vehicles.
  • Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
  • Set individual sales targets and review performance regularly.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Ensure excellent customer service and relationship building.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Build long-term relationships with fleet owners, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
  • Operational Management
  • Oversee daily showroom activities and ensure professional standards are maintained.
  • Ensure timely documentation, vehicle delivery, and finance/insurance coordination.
  • Maintain proper stock management and vehicle display at the showroom.
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automobile sales (commercial vehicle experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Knowledge of local commercial vehicle market and customer segments.
