We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) with one or more years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support financial operations through accurate reporting, compliance, and management analysis.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

📊 1. Management Accounting

📈 Prepare and support development of management reports with key metrics

💰 Conduct cost and profitability analyses

📉 2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

🧾 Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models

📋 Analyze performance vs. budget and offer insights

💸 3. Cost Management

🔍 Monitor business operation costs

💡 Identify cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities

🛡️ 4. Internal Controls and Risk Management

✅ Support implementation of internal controls

⚠️ Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

📑 5. Compliance and Reporting

📚 Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards

⏱️ Assist with statutory reporting and timely financial data submission

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

📜 Qualified CMA (ICWA)

📊 Strong grasp of management accounting, reporting, and financial analysis

💻 Preferably familiar with SAP
