- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate favorable sales agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and suggest suitable vehicles from our premium and luxury range.
- Utilize Salesforce to document customer interactions, preferences, and update vehicle availability and promotions.
- Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance sales offers and customer purchasing experiences.
- Keep abreast of latest automotive trends to assist customers with informed purchasing decisions.
- Implement digital marketing initiatives to boost dealership visibility and customer engagement online.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities to grow the dealership's client base.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any concerns regarding sales and vehicle features promptly.
