Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented Retail Area Sales Manager to drive business growth and retail expansion. The role includes strategizing expansion plans, overseeing retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retail expansion strategies (exclusive stores, franchise outlets, experience centers).
  • Identify potential locations and build partnerships with landlords, mall operators, and stakeholders.
  • Strengthen relationships with retail partners to align with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine strategies.
  • Monitor outlet performance, ensuring compliance with operational policies.
  • Prepare and share sales and market performance reports with management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail business development (preferred in D2C, Automobile, or FMCG).
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer engagement.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven analysis.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
