Accountant (Female)- BOPAL

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Female Accountant to manage financial transactions using Tally software.

Responsibilities:

• Transaction Entry: Input sales, purchases, receipts, and payments into Tally
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate daily transaction records
• Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports
• Invoicing: Manage sales and purchase invoices
• Account Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciliation: Match bank statements with financial records
• Inventory Tracking: Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Tally Customization: Adjust Tally settings as per business needs
• Data Security: Perform regular backups and ensure secure data storage
• Tax Compliance: File GST returns, handle payments and credits
• TDS Management: Understand and manage TDS requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Tally software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Good knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate)
