To Manage the daily QC & QA Operations

To set the Quality standers/peramiters with RM as well concern team

To do QC of Incoming materials, In process materials & Final products & ensure that products adhere to company and industry quality standards

To Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality

To Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible

To Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixe

To Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems

To make & manage all kinds QC &QA with each process

To Review current blueprints and quality documentation

To Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products

To Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by ……)

To do close coordination with Production, Store, Purchase, Service & Installation.

To Conduct meetings regularly with Production team/Store to help consistency in teamwork.

14

To do PDI for all products before dispatch & keep all data in records

15

To supervise the team activity & motivate to them to high performance
