Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience looking to further their HR careers in a fast-paced, professional environment. The role will be based at our headquarters in Gandhidham.

  • Proven experience in employee onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Strong HR analytics skills to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Effective talent acquisition capabilities to attract and retain top talent aligned with company goals.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits management to ensure competitive remuneration packages.
  • Proficiency in managing performance management systems for employee development and appraisal.
  • Solid understanding of labor relations to handle workplace negotiations and grievances efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS to efficiently manage personnel data and streamline HR processes.
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion strategies to foster an equitable and inclusive workplace.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation to ensure newcomers are effectively integrated into the team.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Participate in performance management processes, providing support and feedback to managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HR information systems.
  • Collaborate with management to develop effective talent development programs.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Contribute to the development of diversity and inclusion initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
