Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Market Expansion:
- Identify and acquire new customers in the electronics manufacturing sector, including OEMs, industrial clients, and technology companies.
- Explore business opportunities in embedded systems, IoT devices, and contract manufacturing services.
- Generate leads through research, networking, and attending trade shows or industry expos.
- Sales and Client Engagement:
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions, including hardware, software, and manufacturing services.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals that align with company goals.
- Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets, expand client base, and increase revenue.
- Identify potential partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with clients on long-term projects and service agreements.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the engineering, production, and R&D teams to understand product capabilities and ensure accurate client communication.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns targeting specific industries or clients.
- Align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to improve sales strategies and achieve growth targets.
- Present regular updates to management on business development efforts and progress.
