We are seeking a skilled VTL Machine Operator to join our team at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy. As a VTL Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machine to produce high-quality machined parts. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) machine according to the provided work instructions
• Inspect raw materials and finished parts for quality assurance
• Perform routine maintenance on the VTL machine to ensure its optimal performance
• Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments to the machine settings
• Monitor production processes and adjust parameters as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
