Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced VMC/ HMC Setter. As a VMC/ HMC Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and programming VMC/ HMC machines, ensuring they are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience as a VMC/ HMC Setter cum programmer
• Proficient in setting up and operating VMC/ HMC machines
• Strong knowledge of machine controls and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate VMC/ HMC machines according to job specifications
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Adjust machine settings to control speed, feed, and depth of cut
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
• Document production data and maintain accurate records
