Position: Visa and Travel Consultant

Location : Bangalore(Lavelle Road)

We are looking to hire a motivated Visa and Travel Consultant to join our luxury tourism team. You will be responsible for processing visas and bookings for unique, personalized travel experiences, for discerning travelers. You should have the communication skills to advise and quote relevant travel options to clients, based on their requirements. These would include Domestic & International destinations, including visa and travel insurance. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Update and maintain bookings within the company’s technology platforms ● Ensure all applications are opened and processed within the specific times frames

● Answer directed calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

● Provide accurate information to clients upon their visa request

● Maintain fluid client communication throughout entire sales process via email, phone, and in-person meetings

● Work closely with our visa facilitators to deliver excellent customer service, in a timely manner

● Research and present findings on different entry requirements, including COVID requirements and any other tests or vaccinations needed

● Assist T&L team with travel requests, if needed. Training will be provided

● Process all associated administrative tasks and adhering to financial processes internally

● Preparing and handover of final tour details for visa purposes, including tickets, insurance, and confirmation details

Role Requirements:

● Minimum of 2 years experience working in a travel or visa based role

● Strong background in a client facing role

● Basic knowledge of industry suppliers, destinations, and hotels

● Proficiency in English; additional languages is a plus (Kannada, Hindi)

● Ability to handle crisis situations, unforeseen problems, and complaints

● Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field is a plus

Salary : Above 40,000 per month
