Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees that all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers compensation claims, and return to work programs is completed
- Oversee HR related projects and initiatives throughout the year, maintaining several HR related spreadsheets, updating and distributing on a pre-determined schedule
- Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Salary processing, payroll,Compliance, company policies experience , if from manufacturing unit industry candidates are most welcome
- 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
- 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
- Bachelor's or Master's exp required
Salary Range :3.5 LPA to 4.25 LPA
