JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designation Shipment Executive

Department Supply Chain Management

Report to SCM ( O.M) Team leader

Purpose of the Job:

❖ To Manage the order placed in the system and ship the order at the right time.

❖ To prepare the shipment documents and to coordinate with clear house agents and liners to

complete the shipment with diligence.

Key Roles and Responsibilities ( Coco pith, Retail and Trellis Bliss)

❖ To discuss with the procurement team and record the progress of the order.

❖ To prepare shipment related documents and coordinate for the completion of the shipment

❖ To Coordinate with clearing house agents and liners for delivery of containers.

❖ To prepare post shipment documents for sending to customers

❖ To update the order progress milestone in Alliance order tracker

❖ To follow escalation at right time to complete the order date

❖ Male/Female Candidate

❖ Any Degree

❖ Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in Shipment documentation
