DESIGNATION: EXECUTIVE – ASSISTANT MANAGER
AGE: 22- 28
WORK DAYS: MONDAY TO SUNDAY (TUESDAY WEEK OFF)
Job Description:
- Minimum 2-5 Years’ of relevant Experience into in Mortgage/LAP/Home in the NBFC/Financial institution
- Good communication skill in English
- Ability to process customer requests, identify problems and provide solutions
- Maintain the HBF MIS Tracker on daily basis
- Handling Pre and post booking client’s enquires on home loans
- Collecting the source of income document from customer within TAT
- Financial calculation (Loan eligibility on assessing the all possible source of income of the customer, including EMI Repayment Capacity
- Verification and Authentication for Pre-sanction and post disbursal. Updating sanctioned customer details in the system
- Managing CIBIL Check and minimum parameters to login in the case. Responsible for customer payment within TAT.
- Bike Mandatory /Immediate joiner
