Qualifications and Skills

• Civil Engineering (Mandatory skill): A foundational degree or diploma is necessary to understand the project engineering requirements.
• Project Planning (Mandatory skill): Ability to effectively plan site activities, managing time and resources efficiently during project execution.
• AutoCAD (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in using AutoCAD for creating detailed project designs and specifications is essential.
• Site Management: Capability to oversee site operations and ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and safety standards.
• Construction Supervision: Competence in supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with design and materials specifications.
• Quality Control: Skills in monitoring project quality by conducting regular assessments and implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Structural Analysis: Understanding and interpreting structural designs to ensure project safety and stability requirements are met.

Roles and Responsibilities
