BIM Manager – Job Description

Minimum Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years’ experience in BIM engineering works as a lead BIM Manager.

• Able to perform all BIM MEP and Civil Engineering landscape works.

• To be stationed at Madurai and capable of managing a back-office operations with 20 BIM Modelers for projects in Middle East

. • Must be able to demonstrate advanced working knowledge and experience with the following software applications as well as typically used terminology, standards, and practices in Autodesk Revit, Dynamo, Python, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.

• Capable to lead meetings to identify project tasks and resolve issues.

• Preference will be given for the candidates who has prior experience in water features and Landscape construction works for Middle East Projects.

• Give Support and audit the project team and flag non-compliances.

• Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project

Salary:10LPA to 20LPA
