Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
• Proven experience as an Accountant, with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Perform regular reconciliations of financial data
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and ensure accuracy
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations
