Job description:
- Candidate should be fluent in English and able to communicate in writing or verbal.
- Respond to inbound/outbound calls promptly.
- Understand customer queries effectively to provide reply.
- Build relationships and engage customers.
- Hands on Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva.
- Ability to set priorities, manage time effectively and multi task, if required.
- Managing Vendors and should have negotiation skills.
