The Network & Security Engineer will be managing the design, implementation maintain & troubleshoot, existing NW setup for the customer

JD & Responsibilities

• Provide network design, solution deployment, and technical documentation for network and security related equipment such as LAN, WAN, Firewall, Load Balancer etc.

• Responsible for the network configuration changes (switch/router/firewall), keeping updated/maintaining the documentation, and inventory and also regularly review of the network performance, and capacity planning, and contributing the monthly report.

• Responsible to work with the respective network vendors' support teams and with the server/application team for the troubleshooting, identification, and resolution of network problems.

• To plan the activities and schedule for making changes/modifications to various network configurations as requested by Customers

• Support Incident Response on security incidents.

• Planning future improvement and suggesting solutions to reduce network faults

• Plan, priorities and execute planned maintenance on the network to support network growth, address software/hardware defects

• Manage and monitor network capacity through a proactive approach and maintain the agreed SLA.

• Service level improvement on Network through design change, monitoring improvement and capacity management

Education, Experience & other requirements

a.3 - 5 years or more working experience in managing LAN/WAN infrastructure ranging from small to large networks

b. Hands-on experience of Alcatel/Cisco Switch, Palo Alto Firewall, Check Point Firewall is a MUST and be familiar with SIEM tools

c. Knowledge of PAM, Aruba Clear Pass, F5 Products like ASM, LTM, and APM is required

d. Knowledge of VLAN, routing, QoS configuration and RADIUS setup

e. Must be CCNP or CCIE certified or equivalent

f. Team player and ability to work independently

g. Process excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

h. Provide 24 x 7 for Operation support 

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Candidates required Tamilnadu especially chennai candidates are preferable

salary Range: 5 LPA to 10LPA
