Job Summary:

The Packing and Dispatch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the packaging and dispatching of steel furniture products. This role requires strong leadership, operational management skills, and industry-specific experience to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage the packing and dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement packing and dispatch procedures aligned with quality standards.
• Ensure proper packaging materials and techniques are used to prevent product damage during transportation.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of packing materials.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
• Manage a team of packing and dispatch staff, providing training and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and manage relationships with logistics partners.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to dispatch and inventory.

Requirements:

• Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in packing and dispatch operations within a steel furniture manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials and techniques for steel furniture.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with logistics management software and inventory management systems.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
