Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineer or Production Executive to join our dynamic team at Kuche7 Manufacturing Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in steel furniture manufacturing and a strong understanding of production management, quality control, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the steel furniture production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to minimize waste and reduce operational costs.
• Manage and supervise production staff, providing training and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate production reports and analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in steel furniture manufacturing is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material handling, and production planning.
• Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
