Job Overview
KTiwa Services is seeking a dynamic Planning Manager for A CLIENT in Real Estate to join our team in Patancheru. This full-time, mid-level position requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience.
Job description for Planning and Costing
Project progress monitoring, scheduling, analyzing, and controlling for the entire project.
Setup Baseline construction program according to contracts and obtain client's approval.
Budget preparation, revising according to amendments & tracking monthly Actual cash
flows.
Preparing Job Costing reports and Zero Cost reports monthly for internal MIS.
Draw Resources schedules, Staff organogram & updating according to the project
requirements.
Build Resources schedule as per baseline program, construction methodology and
logistics plans.
Controlling project by identifying potentially critical areas & analyze for resolution.
Follow up with QS, Accounts, Stores, and other departments for preparation and
submission of Weekly / Daily / Monthly – MIS reports.
Regularly track baseline schedule with progress and intimate management for delays &
backlogs.
Update Target & MCP schedules Fortnightly and point out the progress of work not
achieved and action take.
Monitoring/Tracking progress throughout the construction process and comparing this
with the projected (Catch up program/ mitigation program) schedule of work.
Attending clients & consultants weekly meeting with supportive progress documents,
agenda and keep update with respect to MOM issued by clients.
Verifying & work flow up the contractor agreement finalization of work order and rates
with contractor.
Selecting the appropriate techniques and sequence for monitoring control points for the
project.
Understand fully Scope of Works and contractual contingencies & Drafting of contractual
letters to Contractors & Sub contractors.
Highlight the critical activities from time to time & coordinate with all the departments for
smooth functioning of the project.
Close monitoring of the contractors productivity and KPI to achieve the planned Progress.
Document Controlling and Implementation of new Formats.
Drawing up plans and presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar
charts and MS Project.
Co-ordinate in QS teams on checking for complete civil Scope, BOQ, Specifications &
review with respect to budget planned & actual tracking.
Project Earned Value analysis preparation & keep on tracking weekly.
Coordination with consultants to finalize Scheme and requirements for project.
Coordinating with relevant function teams.
Preparing Job Costing reports and Estimating revised budget.
Implement & monitor team Workflow of company Dashboard portals, ERP, SAP etc.
Creation/maintaining of Project structure in SAP PS module
Update budgets and monitor release mechanism in SAP PS module
Provide budget status for procurement/contracts on received proposals
Preparation of various reports and estimates as per requirement of Management
Implementation of SOP’s for budgeting systems.
Preparation of estimates towards customization works
Education Qualifications: B E/B Tech (Civil)
