Job Overview
Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience, Full-Time role in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Salary Range: Competitive.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-6 years of experience in warehouse management
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Experience in quality control practices
- Good understanding of supply chain management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in warehouse operations is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure efficient shipping and receiving processes
- Implement and monitor quality control measures
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries
- Optimize supply chain management processes
- Train and supervise warehouse staff
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations

The enterprise is based on C K Prahlads Fortune at the bottom of the pyramid model, which is incubating various impact models to make coffee grown in Koraput, sustainable for the producers and everyone else involved in the entire value chain. Kruti Coffees success as an impact model can be primarily attributed to our three farm partners: 1.Kindiriguda (A farm owned and entirely maintained by tribal villagers of Kindiriguda in Koraput, Odisha).
