Kruti Coffee is a social enterprise established in 2013 with a mission to impact coffee growers in Koraput, Odisha. Our focus is on supporting tribal and organic coffee growers in the region. We have partnered with three farm partners and have also started a retail chain of coffee houses in India. As an impact model, we aim to make coffee grown in Koraput sustainable for both the producers and everyone else involved in the value chain.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Process Associate to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Process Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our company. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's in Business Administration/ Marketing or Operations/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ English/ Marketing/IT
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures

Roles and Responsibilities

• Performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the company
• Assisting in the coordination of daily operations with all branches
• Handling and processing documentation and paperwork
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Collaborating with team members and providing support as needed
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assisting with data entry and data management tasks
• Supporting the team in any other tasks and projects as assigned
