Job Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. This includes ensuring smooth functioning of the retail chain of coffee houses, as well as coordinating with farm partners to ensure efficient production and distribution of coffee products. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining effective systems and processes to optimize productivity and profitability.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee production and distribution is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Kruti Retail Ventures LLP
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the retail chain of coffee houses
- Coordinate with farm partners to ensure efficient production and distribution of coffee products
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to optimize productivity and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and logistics to meet customer demands
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate strategies
- Provide guidance and support to store managers and staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Conduct regular audits to assess operational efficiency and adherence to policies and procedures
- Recruit, train, and develop a competent operations team
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
