As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious continental dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Creativity and passion for cooking
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience
• Good knowledge of healthy cooking options

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food preparation and cooking procedures are followed accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Maintain knowledge of current food trends and new techniques
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely manner
• Train and mentor junior chefs
• Assist in menu planning and development
